El Airbus A350 de Delta Airlines, que salió el viernes desde Atlanta y tenía como a Barcelona, se vio obligado a darse media vuelta a causa de la diarrea que sufría un pasajero.

Fuentes de la aerolínea han explicado que el propio piloto catalogó la situación como un "riesgo biológico" y habló con la torre de control para pedir permiso y regresar al aeropuerto de salida.

Al llegar a Atlanta de nuevo, varios trabajadores desinfectaron la aeronave durante horas.

El vuelo llegó finalmente al aeropuerto de El Prat con ocho horas de retraso y con una tripulación diferente.
